Charges for International Buyers
We don’t collect import charges, such as tax, duty, customs fee, etc. You might pay them when the item arrives in your country, please check with your country agency for details.
Order Tracking
After shipping, we will send you the shipping tracking number. You can also track here – click here for USPS Tracking.
Cancellation
Once you have placed your order and it has been confirmed, we are unable to cancel or
change it, however you can return it within 30 days after delivering.
Return Policy
- Return is easy! If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days after delivering.
- Please make sure that the item(s) you return will be in the same condition you received it(them) and with the original packaging.
- Just email your order # and item information to cs@alpswinds.com and then ship the item(s) to: attn: Alps Wind, 4206 258th Ave SE, Sammamish, WA 98029.
- Return refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7 days after the returned item delivered.
- Used or worn product(s) will not be accepted for return.
- 20% fee will be charged for the returned product(s) that is(are) missing the original tag(s).
Exchanges
Exchange will be accepted if similar product is available.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued back to the original form of payment within 7 days after the returned item delivered.
